I am so glad I never bothered with this game. There is nothing more annoying in a game when the devs want to micromanage how you play.

They are also the only superheavy blip that is not moving on the map. Titans and Chargers move whenever things are happening. Impalers cannot when their tentacles are up.

Pro tip: look at the direction on where the tentacles are facing. The opposite direction is where the impaler is located. Youre welcome

This game honestly has some really bad game mechanics in it and the parry system is a failure of game design. This game is very highly overrated.

I've played through the game 8 or 9 times and keep discovering new things, like this! Had no idea you could use the golden needle this way. This game is incredible.

Anyone saying this is an easy boss is either lying or the best player out there, so many of his attacks can just flatline you, one mistake and you are done. Eventually beat this bastard but got to say it wasn’t an enjoyable fight, felt that I had to always be on the defensive.

Its actually embarrassing how this game somehow expects you to get all this down in like 2 hours of play, barely taught me shit about shields nor had I fought a proper boss nor basic weapon synergies and I was working on lightweight fast builds so I barely had any of this shit and had mainly bought primary guns to see which i like 0-0 Actually took me this long to realize I even had an ammo capacity too lmao Like this battle almost made me give up the game, 2 hours isn't a lot of time and being steamrolled out of nowhere without reason isn't fun Thnx though

So upon months after months of constant game breaking bugs, giving enemy armors and weapons buff after buff, taking away every single gun with a little bit soul or fun in it with the nerfs that has zero thinking or planning behind, robbing people of loadout craft and forcing them to 2-3 optimal loadout, robbing people the option of playing with their friends, "hinting" players with new faction and forgetting it 2-3 months (and counting), inconsistent performance issues with every "hotfix" patch, showing us they are not testing the gameplay, slow and ingenuine communication from the team, in short making an unfun envioriment for the player base. Then asking 60 days more to "fix" and "get feedback" with their track record. Yeah I'm sorry like you said @Elbethium only time I play is when we have a friend get togethers and even than we have better options.

I have 2 wb pumps now and need them both when the black goo insta death cheat is activated. Even when i shoot all the objects it just glitches to a death scene, its actually sad, even being my fault for doing something wrong its so cheesy that any respect i had is gone. They spent 75% of their time making sure her ass and tits look right instead of combat, at least test the dang thing more, im still steaming lol. I 8:47 feel like its both fromsoft and try hards fault like the try hards are having their fun getting their money but still because of how good they play fromsoft might think most of players are really good at it when thars not completly true even tho casual players are good their not crazy good like im like in middle i do challenges sometimes but i only do the ones i found pretty fun and the fromsoft fault becuase like not the whole game are try hards and some may be casuals at least leave some op things for the casuals so tehy can beat the game like they nerfed the whole good weapons like how they nerfed rolling sparks and impenatrable thorns like they are op i agree but the bosses are really hard also its more fromsofts fault and less try hards becuase their just playing the game

Lol, that part at 4:00 about the blink (and surge) not always working is so true. You can interrupt failing it with a beta attack. Anyway, I have been through this fight many times, but there's nothing like doing it on hard mode on the boss challenge. I dreaded this fight at that level and I still am. First, it is a slow fight and you can't be aggressive, she'll just keep hopping back. So another great observation is that it's a reactionary fight. You do pretty much have to go toe to toe to build up your beta. I never even thought of doing something like use the shotgun ammo, but I've been having a hard time with taking down the lights fast enough, so to switch back to slugs may be tough. This fight is really challenging; I learned to nearly master the Raven fight on hard modet, but she's got a lot of moves in this. And trying to beat Providence and Elder on Hard mode? I must be a glutton for punishment, but I beat everything else on hard mode.

My tip if you're stuck and maybe not THE best player ever (😅): Use the Salamander Dagger (upgrade it IF possible) and a specter. I don't know why but this weapon works like a charm! 🤭 I beat him at the third attempt with the dagger after trying unsuccessfully forever with the other weapons. I did not have ANY throwables and am pretty bad at soulslike games. If I can do it, you can as well! 💪😊 Let me know if it works! 😃

Well I completed game last year and came back to enjoy once more but after few attempts my head want to explode. Guide is great but if you try to be melee master it is insane this random moveset combos. Jumps charge and 1 shoot spining around arent even delayed rn for 6 minutes straight I only could dodge or block because he was so far away
